We are a stroke technique swim camp for competitive swimmers. Our campers include beginners in the sport of swimming, swimmers who want to greatly improve their strokes, and elite athletes who need to fine tune their strokes and learn race strategies through expert coaching. Our sessions are tailored individually to the campers, giving one-on-one coaching attention to each participant.
Goals: To provide stroke and technique improving lessons with correct, consistent instruction in all areas of stroke competency for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. To establish a progression for endurance training at all levels. To provide instruction in nutrition. To set ethical and moral standards among swimmers. To provide and organized team and group activities.
